*Teens and Seniors have the flexibility to create their own schedules, with two rooms running simultaneously for classes.

Maintage Convention classes focus on technique, strength and artistry.

The morning and afternoon sessions begin with a warm up session led by a faculty member of NYC"‘s Broadway Dance Center.

  • Delaney Mena

    Delaney Mena is a professional dancer, internationally recognized personal trainer, and founder of DM Elite Training from Long Island, NY. She attended Marymount Manhattan College, obtaining a bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. She is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning and Corrective Exercise. During her time training and dancing professionally, she worked closely with numerous notable educators and companies, including choreographer Tracie Stanfield, as an apprentice in Synthesis Dance, Yoshito Sakuraba, Sidra Bell, Therese Wendler, Ballet Hispánico’s Ballet Master Juan Carlos Peñuela, as well as the Martha Graham Dance Company and Rioult Dance NY. Delaney currently travels and works with dancers throughout the United States and internationally in Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

  • Ginger Cox

    Ginger holds a MS in Kinesiology, a BFA in Dance from Temple University, is on faculty at Pace University, Broadway Dance Center, and has taught master classes in Europe, Mexico, Japan, Danse Encore festival Quebec, the Joffrey Ballet, dance studios and conventions throughout the U.S. She is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist and has presented anatomy/movement-based seminars at several Dance Science conferences. Ginger was featured in Dance Informa for her love of teaching anatomy in a relatable way that can easily applied to dance training. Her choreography has been described as ‘absorbing and inventive, with amusing creativity,’ by the Jazz Dance E-news, and was featured on Nike, the NJ Nets, dance companies, in dance Festivals, independent films, and industrials.

  • Felecia Hope

    DescriFelecia Hope is a Dancer/Choreographer based in Chicago. Felecia started her dance journey as a competitive hip hop dancer, taking first place at competitions such as world of dance, prelude, and Hall of Fame. On top of her company training she has been fortunate to perform in commercial shows and music videos including but not limited to Steve Harvey and Chance the Rapper, Chicago holiday parades, China cultural tour parades, half time shows for the Chicago Bulls as well as local film projects directed by the finest creators in Chicago. Felecia has always had a passion for teaching. For the past 8 years, she has been educating dancers, setting choreography, and sharing her love of dance with several different companies and studios all over the country. She strives to continue building her curriculum and inspiring the next generation.
